Appearance

A curved ritual baton carved from indigo calfskin and driftwood, crowned by a spiraling ivory conch shell held in pewter wire. Gilded vellum ribbons inscribed with celestial star charts flutter along the handle, showing ink smudges and soft fraying. Gripped in one hand by a seagrass cord wrap, the wand whistles with damp sea gusts, emitting pale violet whorls that distort the outline of rival leaders into squat toads.
