Lore

Hammered by Serravel armorsmiths from dusk-drake scales and heavy Ostmar bog rivets. When surrounded in close melee, its hardened spine projects an iron bulwark that deflects hostile strikes directly back into attacking foes.

Appearance

A heavy chest cuirass fashioned from charcoal dusk-drake scales, reinforced along each overlapping plate by domed bog iron rivets with split shanks. A bristling crest of curved drake spines rises along the breast and collar, showing deep battle gouges from repelled polearms. Fastened across the ribs with stout leather straps, the dark armor hums with defensive energy, flaring with an indigo metallic glare that repels incoming blades.
