Woven in Cheongmae by monastery weavers from a mistveil talisman and a sunlit aegis of tides. It creates shifting fog to deflect strikes and raises howling wind barriers against enemy arrows.

Appearance

A tall convex pavise shield constructed from layered ash planks covered in bleached linen with azure wave embroidery, bordered by riveted bronze bands. At the center sits a brass mount holding a milky hexagonal prism surrounded by carved cloud-shaped grey jade. Braced by double leather forearm loops and an iron folding ground prop, the shield leaks perpetual mountain fog, flaring into a howling barrier of gale winds that swerves incoming missiles.
