How it works
- 19.8% tenacity: disables on the unit last x 0.8, so a 2s stun lasts 1.6s. Sources add up, at most 60%; airborne, pushes and cyclones keep their length.
- 24.2% slow resistance: slows on the unit are x 0.76 as strong, so a 50% slow becomes 37.9%; their length stays.

Lore
Hammered by Ostmar bastioners from bog iron and quarry granite along the Hollow March. The heavy shinguards root their bearer against crippling blows and mud-slick terrain, refusing to yield ground.
Appearance
A pair of heavy plate shinguards forged from blackened bog iron with thick riveted ridges down the central crest. The wide knee cops are inlaid with rough grey granite slabs that show scuffs and dried mud along the rim. Secured tightly behind the calves by three broad oilskin straps, the greaves emit a faint amber hearthlight that grounds the warrior stride.
