Final Reckoning
Damage that leaves an enemy below 6% HP executes it.
How it works
- 19% crit chance: that share of basic attacks crit for x 1.75 damage (at the base +75% crit damage), so basic attacks deal x 1.14 on average. Skills never crit; at most 100%.
- 13% armor penetration: the hero's physical damage counts only 87% of the target's armor (a share, not a flat amount). Against 200 armor 36.5% of a hit lands instead of 33.3% (x 1.09 damage); against 50, 69.7% instead of 66.7% (x 1.05). Penetration from several sources adds up, at most 100%; it does nothing to 0 or negative armor.
Builds into
Lore
Forged by executioners in the Hollow March from rusted gibbet iron and grave soil. It marks condemned souls for immediate harvesting, snapping mortal lifelines whenever their vigor falters.
Appearance
A brutal iron branding iron head shaped like a hangman noose, snapped off from its original rod and fitted with a short horn grip. The heavy metal is pitted with rust and stained with crusted dark tallow. Hung from the belt by a short chain loop, the blackened brand gives off a ghostly chill and leaves smoky grey wisps behind.
