Appearance

A bulbous earthenware urn no larger than a melon, sealed with cracked black pitch and inscribed with sprawling ash-grey sigils. The rough clay exterior is stained with dark smudges and dried grave mud from subterranean vaults. Slung inside a knotted rope harness for carrying at the waist, the vessel feels unnaturally cold to the touch and constantly seeps thin wisps of sickly green smoke from beneath its waxed stopper.
