Lore

Carved by Malakar war priests from the curled horn of an abyssal ram. Its baleful wail rattles mortal souls, searing close foes with dark sorcery while driving them away in blind, trembling terror.

Appearance

A curved war horn carved from ridged black ram horn, banded with hammered iron rings and fitted with a brass mouthpiece. The flaring bell is carved with screaming faces whose hollow eyes are inlaid with tarnished lead. Carried on a shoulder strap of cured reptile skin, the bugle smells faintly of sulphur, vibrating with a guttural resonance that casts eerie violet shadows whenever enemies approach within arm reach.
