Effects

Active

Spiral Banish

Lift the enemy caster with the most mana within 8.5m into a cyclone for 2.9s: untargetable and unable to act.

  • Cooldown 10s
  • Range 8.5m

Unique Passive

Silent Ward

Blocks the next enemy skill that would land on the hero, then recharges for 8.6s.

How it works
  • 15% mana cost reduction: skill costs x 0.85, so a 100 mana skill costs 85. At most 50%.
  • 7% cooldown reduction: skill and item active cooldowns x 0.93, so a 20s cooldown takes 18.6s. Sources add up, at most 50%; relic cuts (Chronal Sandglass, Tinker's Gearbox) multiply after that.

Lore

Fashioned by Hakurai tempest-callers from salted Serravel linen, conch ribs, and a silver reed locket. It unravels hostile incantations with tomb-cold silence before conjuring rising gales that sweep enemy spellcasters into the air.

Appearance

A wide spherical brass censer crowned with an oval silver locket of woven river reeds, framed by pleated vanes of salt-stiffened white linen and polished conch shell ribs. Delicate engravings of silent harps and azure foam circle the perforated pewter chimney. Suspended from a braided silver cord or held aloft in one hand, the censer remains icy to the touch, snuffing out hostile hexes with dead chimes and venting violent cyclonic gusts that toss spellcasters aloft.
