Against 200 armor 38.5% of a hit lands instead of 33.3% (x 1.15 damage); against 50, 71.4% instead of 66.7% (x 1.07). Penetration from several sources adds up, at most 100%; it does nothing to 0 or negative armor.

Appearance
A heavy crossbow quarrel carved from dense black ironwood, tipped with an elongated triangular head of dull grey steel. Both edges of the broadhead are cut with barbed saw teeth that angle backward, darkened by dried brown rust and weapon grease. Fitted into a quiver with stiff raven feather fletchings, the jagged metal point looks brutal and crude, catching cold light without any ambient glow.
