Woven in Taruvai by tidal weavers from a heartwood bloodwell chalice and an eel-kelp grieftide sash. It softens crushing blows into ripples of deferred pain and drinks enemy blood to purge lingering agony.

Appearance

A flexible mail cuirass woven from interlocking steel rings and waterlogged black eel kelp, girdled by a midnight-blue funerary silk sash embroidered with silver wave crests. Clamped over the left breast sits a teardrop chalice of thick ruby glass cradled in living green heartwood filigree. Fastened with bronze buckles and fringed tassels, the perpetually damp armor deepens to ink-black, rippling with absorbed kinetic force and glowing scarlet during battle.
