Appearance

A wide waist belt of moss-green cured troll hide mounted with a winch housing and a heavy three-pronged grappling hook of blackened iron. Backward saw teeth line each curved hook fluke, coiled with greased steel cable that connects to bronze belt rings. Buckled over the abdomen by twin brass latches, the dark apparatus smells of pine resin and machine oil, twitching with mechanical tension and ready to shoot.
