Blighting Curse

Curse the densest group within 8.5m (at least 2 enemies): for 5s enemies within 3.2m take 18% more damage, deal 22% less and receive 50% less healing.

  • Range 8.5m
  • Area 3.2m
  • Area 8m

Unique Passive

Withering Toll

Enemies within 8m have -14 armor and -16 magic resist.

How it works
  • 10% cooldown reduction: skill and item active cooldowns x 0.9, so a 20s cooldown takes 18s. Sources add up, at most 50%; relic cuts (Chronal Sandglass, Tinker's Gearbox) multiply after that.

Lore

Assembled in the Hollow March by barrow monks who hung a corroded witherward bell beneath a Qezhar curseveil thurible. Its discordant toll rots enemy defenses while focused tomb ash chokes hostile vitality.

Appearance

A soot-stained ceramic censer enclosed in a blackened iron wire cage, mounting a thick quartz lens above an attached verdigris bronze hand bell. A rusted coffin nail clapper hangs within the lower bell skirt, etched with worn funerary runes. Carried by a tarnished bronze link chain, the macabre thurible projects beams of sickly emerald light, ringing with a decaying knell that scatters pale barrow ash across the field.
