Lore

Bound in the Hollow March by Hadrunn apostates from a wired drudge bone and a weeping bloodstone pendant. Its crimson pages command shattered skeletal remains to rise from grave mud and serve the living.

Appearance

A thick folio bound in blackened pigskin, with the spine reinforced by a scorched human femur wrapped in dark copper wire. In the center of the front cover rests an unpolished crimson jasper bloodstone, mounted in tarnished pewter that weeps scarlet droplets onto iron clasps. Held in one hand by a leather strap, the dark grimoire exhales tomb chill, shedding motes of sickly green phosphorescence as skeletal warriors tear free from earth.
