The Cloudsea Host drives them into the front ranks of climbing bands like living battering rams, to crush bones and break formations under sheer weight.

Spawned on the petrified cloud reefs that calcify against the Skyroot, this heavily armored crab serves as a living battering ram for the Cloudsea Host. Raising its massive, barnacle-encrusted cobalt claws above its squat carapace, it scuttles forward with rumbling weight. It crashes both overgrown pincers down upon its quarry, splintering shields, breaking bones, and leaving the dazed victim pinned and stunned under shattered rock.

Appearance
The reef crusher is a heavily armoured crustacean brute standing seven feet tall and broad as a gate, spawned where dead clouds calcify against the Skyroot. It has a squat, barrel-shaped body supported by four thick stone-crushing legs, a sunken head with stalked black compound eyes, and heavy mouthparts that grind coral chunks. Its body is protected by a massive domed carapace of dense cobalt-blue shell, heavily encrusted with sharp branches of sky coral, white barnacles, and petrified salt ridges. Its primary weapons are two gargantuan, asymmetric pincers, with an overgrown right claw the size of a granite boulder used as a living battering ram to smash shields and break formations under crushing weight. Foaming seawater steadily oozes from its gill vents. Palette: cobalt blue, coral white, barnacle grey. Silhouette hook: a massive, squat crab-like brute with an enormous, overgrown right pincer held high.
