Effect
Every 10s, all allies gain +30% attack speed for 4s.
Lore
Battle drums fashioned from river dragon hide by the first rebel band of Lanthuy. Their rhythmic thunder quickens the blood and drives weary warriors into bursts of relentless fury.
Appearance
A matched pair of shallow kettle drums crafted from dark lacquered river-cypress, braced by braided hemp cords. Their batter heads are stretched translucent river dragon hide, shimmering in mottled jade green and showing natural reptilian scale grain. Dents and dried river mud mark the wooden rims, which are studded with tarnished bronze tacks. Suspended from a cross-body leather harness at the hip, the drums are struck with two rounded ironwood mallets.
