Rare relic
Swiftwind Pennant
Effect
All heroes gain +0.6 move speed, and +25% attack speed for the first 25s of a fight.
Lore
The silk standard of a Qorun horse band that rode into the clouds and never returned. It whips with trapped steppe gales, launching charges with blinding speed and ferocious initial fury.
Appearance
A three-foot triangular swallowtail pennant made of sky-blue Qorun silk, affixed to a bleached ash-wood lance shaft with bronze rivets. White silk stitching depicts a running steppe stallion across the fabric, complemented by a chestnut horsehair tassel dangling beneath the spear socket. The frayed tails ripple and snap continuously even in dead air. The rider plants the shaft in a saddle socket or grips it firmly below the pennant collar.
