Rare relic
Lullaby Chime
Effect
When the warbands first meet, the enemy farthest back falls asleep for 3 s. It wakes when hit.
Lore
A silver wind chime tuned in Somnar's dreaming halls in Hakurai. Its soft, lingering melody drifts across enemy lines at the clash of battle, putting distant sentries into peaceful slumber.
Appearance
A cluster of five hollow chime rods made of spun moon-silver, suspended beneath a circular mother-of-pearl disc on lilac silk threads. Fine floral engravings wrap each rod, while the central clapper is carved from pale horn in the shape of a Hakurai silk moth. The polished silver gleams with soft lavender reflections, emitting a faint harmonic chime when brushed. A hero holds the chime by a braided top ring or ties it to a staff.
