Epic relic
Executioner's Oath
Effect
Enemies below 10% HP die to the next hit from your side (bosses below 5%).
Lore
A bloodstained parchment bearing the sworn covenant of the imperial executioners of Aurovant. It decrees that any foe whose breath falters must be severed from life without delay or mercy.
Appearance
A rolled scroll of thick, stiff animal vellum mounted on two lead-weighted black iron rods. The parchment is yellowed and creased, covered in dense legal calligraphy penned in black gall ink and stained with dark brownish-red blood splatters across the bottom margin. A heavy crimson wax seal stamped with an imperial axe hangs from hemp cords. Carried inside a fitted black iron scroll canister or unrolled in a gauntleted hand, the document smells of old copper.
