Epic relic
Crimson Moon
Effect
All heroes gain 25% lifesteal but lose 15% max HP.
Lore
The moon Mother Ombrel turns red on tithe nights. Under it wounds drink from wounds, and every hero is a little less than whole.
Appearance
A fist-sized celestial sphere carved from veined bloodstone, held within a tarnished iron crescent bracket. The surface is polished smooth but spiderwebbed with hairline fractures that seep cold, rust-colored moisture. It casts a baleful crimson glow, darkening and brightening like a slow pulse. A heavy iron neck chain loops through the crescent horn, allowing the bearer to wear the heavy stone against the chest or cup it cold in hand.
