Chronal Sandglass
Effect
Skill cooldowns are 30% shorter.
Lore
The office sandglass of the Heavenly Horologer, plucked from the sixth heaven. Turning its diamond sand pulls future minutes into the present, refreshing martial arts before their rightful hour.
Appearance
A ten-inch cylindrical hourglass framed by three fluted pillars of burnished celestial bronze. Within the two blown star-glass bulbs, fine pulverized diamond dust glitters brightly as it filters through the narrow waist, occasionally drifting upward against gravity. Minute astronomical dials are etched into both end caps, with rub marks along the smooth pivot joint. A hero grips the chased celestial bronze ring or hangs the sandglass from a stout baldric clip.
