Lore

Stretched by Qorun war shamans from cured mammoth hide across an oak hoop. Its rhythmic thrum quickens the pulse of allied cohorts, driving legs to march faster and blades to strike quicker.

Appearance

A shallow cylindrical war drum twenty inches wide, crafted from steamed ash wood and bound with brass rivets. The drumhead of dried mammoth skin is painted with a spiraling sunburst in red ochre, showing heavy mallet wear at the center. Slung across the shoulder with a padded leather strap, the drum resonates with deep sub-bass vibrations that propel companions into furious motion.
