Lore

Chanted by Valcaris dawn paladins and preserved upon holy parchment leaves. Its protective cadence encloses blessed allies within spiritual armor, shielding bodies and souls against physical and sorcerous violence.

Appearance

A prayer scroll of thick vellum rolled tightly inside a cylindrical reliquary of pierced church silver. Holy dawn hymns are written in gold leaf across the exposed parchment tongue, illuminated with azure floral borders. Hung from a pectoral chain across the chest, the silver reliquary shines with soothing dawn light, surrounding blessed comrades in translucent shields of golden choir song.
