Appearance
A miniature brass hourglass suspended inside three concentric gimbal rings that rotate smoothly along separate axes. Inside the blown glass bulbs, fine violet sand flows steadily upward against gravity, never settling in the lower chamber. Clipped to a mage harness by a velvet-lined brass ring, the apparatus emits a faint reverse chime and a ring of purple light when skill cooldowns invert.
