Riftstep Strike

Blink up to 7m, onto the target when it is out of reach: 247 (+100% ATK) physical damage within 2.4m of the landing.

  • Cooldown 12s
  • Range 7m
  • Area 2.4m
How it works
  • 21% armor penetration: the hero's physical damage counts only 79% of the target's armor (a share, not a flat amount). Against 200 armor 38.8% of a hit lands instead of 33.3% (x 1.16 damage); against 50, 71.7% instead of 66.7% (x 1.08). Penetration from several sources adds up, at most 100%; it does nothing to 0 or negative armor.

Lore

Cobbled by Hollow March scouts from weathered marsh leather and jagged celestial glass shards. It folds space around the courier strides, allowing them to blink across the battlefield and crash into foes with shattering momentum.

Appearance

A pair of calf-high traveler boots fashioned from supple brown cowhide, mounted with jagged indigo celestial glass shards along the heel counters and shins. Weathered rawhide laces run through brass eyelets, while iron hobnails stud the mud-stained leather soles. Worn pulled over wool wraps, the footwear vibrates with suppressed speed, leaving shimmering trails of stardust and trailing blue slipstream winds as the wearer blinks through space.
