Hammered by Chainforge wardens from cold slag iron in the Ashen Wastes. When thrown, the heavy links snap around hostile champions, crushing their limbs and locking them in helpless confinement.
Appearance
A heavy pair of hinged iron manacles linked by three thick chains of twisted slag steel. Rough hammer marks and dark rust pitting cover the blackened collars, which lock with crude spring-loaded clasps. Slung across the shoulder or coiled at the waist, the brutal restraint clatters loudly with each stride, glowing with a sullen orange ember heat whenever thrown toward an unsuspecting adversary.
