Lore
Cast by Cheongmae ascetics from mountain silver and rime ice gathered at the Sealed Gate. Its freezing toll unleashes a shockwave of biting winter that encases clustered foes in solid frost.
Appearance
A hollow ceremonial hand bell cast from frosted silver and banded with pale blue mountain quartz. Intricate snowflake glyphs circle the flared rim, showing faint frostbite pits and silver tarnish along the crown. Held by a short polished birch handle wrapped in blue linen, the cold metal radiates a dense mist of freezing vapor that drops icy crystals whenever the silver clapper strikes.
